RESERVATION AGREEMENT

RENTAL STATUS / DURATION OF DISPLAY

Your sign displays for approximately 24 hours unless otherwise noted in this invoice.*

YARD CONDITION
Water your yard in the days leading up to your delivery (if it has not rained).
We set up signs on lawns, defined as soil with grass on the top.
We cannot place signs in: concrete, asphalt, landscaping, or hard-packed soil.
Underlying rocks and other objects may effect the placement of the display.

DELIVERY
Someone in the household MUST BE NOTIFIED that we will be on the property.
Please leave a porch light on for us for easier address identification.
We do not guarantee a specific arrival time within an AM or PM window..
We respectfully reserve the right to refuse delivery to sites deemed unsafe.
We will not set up signs in hazardous weather* conditions and will issue a refund.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
DO NOT allow people or pets to play on or around the sign display.

RENTER LIABILITY - DAMAGED / MISSING SPECIAL OCCASIONS LAWN DECOR (SOLD) PROPERTY
You, the renter, are financially liable for any damaged or missing of SOLD display.
DO NOT remove, move, or rearrange the displayed sign. Contact us instead.
DO NOT attach balloons, tape, or staples to any part of the display.
DO NOT weed-eat, mow, or edge in the area where signs are displayed.
DO NOT allow pets to chew, scratch, or urinate on the signs.
DO NOT use sprinkler systems in the area where signs are displayed.

PHOTOGRAPHY / SOCIAL MEDIA NOTICE
We reserve the right to photograph your sign for use on our social media pages.
We encourage you to pose next to the display for photos and share them with us.

ADVERTISEMENT PLACEMENT
We will place a small sign in your yard with our company contact information. Contact us in the case that your area does not permit displays or advertisements.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS LAWN DECOR LIABILITY STATEMENT
Special Occasions Lawn Decor and all representatives are not responsible nor liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Customer agrees to protect, defend, Special Occasions Lawn Decor LLC and hold its officers, employees and agents free and harmless from and against any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the SpecialOccasionsLawnDecor, LLC rental agreement and/or the performance thereof. Customer further agrees to investigate, handle, respond to, provide defense for any such claims, etc., at his sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc.) is groundless, false or fraudulent. Agreement is in effect for the duration of the rental process as defined by the effective dates of the rental agreement. Paying this invoice indicates agreement to the rental policies and conditions set forth by Special Occasions Lawn Decor of Central Texas as stated above.

*Hazardous weather is defined as strong winds, lightening, hailstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods or any other conditions deemed by the local weather service. These weather conditions may cause your display to not be placed or to be picked up earlier than originally scheduled.
